Host Agreement
Last updated: October 25, 2026
This Host Agreement is between Interlink Digital Group Limited, company 05431902, trading as MetalCloud ("MetalCloud", "we", "our", or "us") and the person who registers a Mac to run jobs ("you", the "host"). It applies in addition to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Where this agreement and the Terms differ on payouts or on your duties as a host, this agreement prevails.
1. Status
You are an independent contractor. You are not our employee, worker, agent, or partner. We do not deduct PAYE. You are responsible for your own tax, National Insurance or the equivalent in your country, and VAT if you are registered. You must be resident in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or the United States.
You must be at least 18, and the information you give us about yourself and the Mac must be accurate.
2. The Mac
The Mac must be Apple silicon, with 16GB of memory or more, running macOS Sonoma or later. You choose the hours it is available. We do not promise customers that your Mac will be online.
You keep ownership of the Mac. You are responsible for its power, network, and physical security.
3. Job contents
To run a job, the host app receives the job contents, including the input the customer submitted. You may use those contents only to run that job.
You must not copy the contents, keep them after the job has finished, read them for your own purposes, or use them to train a model or to build another product. Jobs run in the sandbox. Your personal files stay on the Mac and are separate from the job.
A job on the reserved machine is not part of the host network. This agreement covers jobs we assign to your Mac through the host network.
4. Payouts
You receive 85% of the customer charge for each job you run, excluding VAT. The remaining 15% is the platform share. It is taken from the listed rate. It is not added on top of the customer's price.
We pay on the 1st of the month, by bank transfer or PayPal. The minimum payout is £50, or any lower minimum shown in the host dashboard. Earnings below the minimum stay in your host balance until they reach it.
We may withhold or reverse a payout that relates to a job charged back, refunded, or run in breach of this agreement or the Terms.
5. Conduct
You must not:
- Interfere with the sandbox or try to reach a customer's data outside the job
- Mine cryptocurrency on a job, or use the Mac to attack any system
- Misstate the machine's hardware, location, or availability
- Let someone else operate the host account without remaining responsible for it
6. Suspension
We may suspend or remove your Mac or your host account if you break this agreement or the Terms, if we suspect fraud, or if we need to protect a customer or the service. Suspension does not by itself remove earnings already due for jobs that completed properly. We may set off amounts you owe us against your host balance.
7. Your personal data
We use your account details, payout details, machine description, and country to operate hosting and to pay you. That processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Liability
Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
Subject to that, our total liability to you under this agreement in a 12-month period is limited to the payouts we paid you in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop hosting at any time by taking the Mac offline and closing the host side of your account, or by writing to support@metalcloud.space. We will pay any balance that is already above the minimum, on the next payout date. You must delete any remaining job contents from the Mac when you stop.
10. Changes and law
We may change this agreement. For a material change we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or on the website. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction.
